9218 Top - HR3 Fluff & Textures Only

Hello everyone! This is a simple mod that moves the unreleased shirt worn by the Lalafell in the Holiday to the Abes Jacket and uses the HR3 fluff and textures for a cleaner look.

I want to clarify this is not a refit, it's simply the vanilla version with the HR3 arm fluff and pretty textures for those like myself who wanted to use it, but hated the vanilla textures lol.

(This outfit is called 9218 in textools if anyone wants to do a proper refit)
