Big "bwahaha" laugh animation

VFXEditor for the file extractions

Replaces the regular /chuckle emote with a short big laughing emote animation of a NPC as seen in various locations (emote ID 4312 event/event_laugh_big)

Optimized for midlander M but "should" work for most tall male character models including females. I tested on larger/smaller races, the positioning seems bit off so you have to work around it. Some races don't seem to have facial movements during the emote, sorry about that - maybe someone more skilled can fix it ;)

(It's not perfect but it gets the job done. It probably can work on other races if you change the path too
