The Flannel outfit's tie bit removed from the shirt part and reattached as an accessory. Includes a sized up version to go over the top of skirts and dresses to avoid clipping (though some clipping can still happen).

I couldn't find that this existed yet so if it does exist already uuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhh

Dyeable, available for all races and genders.
