Tactical Goggles on Accessories

Author's Comments:

Replaces the Ryumyaku Rings or Earrings with the Model A-1/2 Tactical Goggles, allowing you to wear them with a hat as long as nothing is obscuring your rings or ears.

Should work on all races and genders but I've only tested on F!Miqo as this was quickly slapped together.
