Minimal Target Ring & Cursor

Now that discord is no longer a viable file host this is being posted as a mirror for an old mod (02/08/2022) posted in the "FFXIV/UI Modding" Discord.

A mod which removes the flank indicator arrows from the target ring, adds subtle 45 degree indicators and has a more minimal front arrow (also includes an interior arrow for targets without positionals). Now includes a matching target cursor which hides the auto attack indicator (4K UI Only).

Please note that this only works with Penumbra after a game restart and with a PC fast enough to hook before the VFX loads. This can be forced by enabling "Wait for plugins before game loads" in Dalamud Settings/General (or "Wait for Plugins on Startup" in Penumbra Settings/Advanced). Due to changes in Penumbra since this mod was first created it must also be placed in a collection with both the "Base" and "Interface" assignments too.
