Fitted to Hrothgar, overwrites Hair 109

Lowered and flattened the hairline, pulled out the bangs to accommodate the non-human face, tried to cover the ear gap as best I could, changed tufts to allow hroth ears, reshaped the entire hairstyle to be more naturally rounded to hrothgar head, and added clearance to neck so there is no clipping during head turning.

NOTE: While this works in hair 109 for all hrothgar heads, it is specifically form-fitted to Face2. There will be gaps or clipping on the other heads. Feel free to fix and release additional versions that are form-fitted to other faces! I am biased and lazy.
