Both F and M versions are included! I've wanted the F top for M bodies so with my new knowledge I have finally made my dream come true! LOL
The skirt will have some clipping in extreme poses and probably also during some animations, like sprinting, though it's only from the front.
I tried to fix it so many times I've just given up, sorry!
UPDATED: Should be Dawntrail compatible now.

*The upscale is for all the clothes that shares model with the Manderville Coatee/Bottoms!
→ Scaling: Midlander based bodies, EXCLUDING Miqo'te.
UPDATED: OBS! NOT Compatible with LONG GLOVES!!
