Persona 3 inspired summoning animation and VFX

Replaces:
Each have their own option and toggleable VFX.
Includes options to accommodate for smaller and bigger gun sizes, for lalafell and male roegadyn/hrothgar respectively.
Also includes an optional Cut-in VFX with characters from the game, though feel free to add your own in there and modify colors/effects as you wish using VFX Editor.

Only replaces summoning animations, not the actual summons. Should be compatible with most summon replacers.
Note that due to how the game works, "All pet summons" needs action.pap so it will be incompatible with other mods using that file without manual intervention to merge them together.
