A long overdue revamp of a mod I made mostly out of spite when Dawntrail launched becuase I was so unhappy about the dye channels given to the Bastion's Coat. This version combines multiple options into a single install, and adds support for all races and genders (as far as I'm aware). I actually made the original mod work for fem characters shortly after uploading it, but never released it becuase I just kind of forgot to. Oopsie.
Anyway here it is. Sorry for the (quite frankly way too long) delay.
Options include:
- Dye 1 affects the coat and dye 2 affects the red accents
- Dye 1 affects the coat and dye 2 affects the undershirt and scarf (leaving the accents red like vanilla)
- Dye 1 affects the coat and the accents, and dye 2 affects the undershirt and scarf (like how the original version looked)
- Custom (for you to edit yourself if you're familiar with Penumbra's advanced settings, dw it's easy)
Maybe one day I'll add an actual setting for the brass plates on the back, I personally prefer them to be silver, but I gotta leave something out so I can say I'll do it eventually, and never actually do it.
Oh yeah, this also works with upscales of the Bastion's Coat as far as I've tested. If the upscale uses custom materials (for some reason) it might get wonky, but it should still work as long as this mod is higher priority.
