A refit of Sparrow's Pioneer's Undershirt to TBSE & TBSE Slim!
As this is just a model edit, the original mod IS required, and can be found here:

Sized to midlander-based vanilla body, TBSE, TBSE-Slim.
Please note that the TBSE/Slim options require at LEAST an install of TBSE to work.

Replaces the Anemos Suspenders for midlander-based mascs.
Changable per Sparrow's original mod, the shirt and tie are separately dyeable (shirt on dye 1, tie on dye 2), and there are two colourset options for the base undyed look:
"Pioneer" is based on the regular, player-wearable version of the coat.
"Innovator" is based on the uniquely-coloured variant worn by Koana.
I am not perfect (though I have done my best with the refit). Please expect clipping!
However, I would like this to work for you, so if you have issues, feel free to drop me a line!
