Image inside of the .zip with some information/notes on the pose, should work for anyone clothed/nude but was definitely made for one specific angle and for nude IVCS models, other body types should still work however.
I'm not used to creating poses or exporting them so this is a definitely a 'May or May not work, no promises' situation.
