[SME] Scrapped / Experimental Bin (DAWNTRAIL)

A drive that will serve as a "drop off" for mods I've made that I don't feel meet my standards for an official public release. These mods usually aren't BAD per-se, just I want to maintain a certain standard for myself with mod releases, and while I don't think they're very good, someone else might like them, so rather than delete the work/effort put into it, I decided to toss it out there for anyone else who may see it differently.

Please bear in mind these are SCRAPPED/EXPERIMENTAL, meaning these will not be perfect for any reason (normally because it doesn't meet my personal standards for an official release, or its simply too niche), but are useable to an extent. These will not be receiving any further support.

Any mods put in here will be Dawntrail compatible, and will include some kind of preview (cuz there's a limit of how many previews I can have on any DL repo)

I'll also do my best to keep a list below of what is in here as I add to it.
