Just a super simple port!
It's on hair 178 by default, but move it to wherever you like!
It fits fine enough around all the femhroth faces

Though I did my best, the hairline at the nape may still clip into the neck
Clipping in general will happen - simply the nature of the beast
When viewing your character from directly under, you'll see some gap in the ponytail... I'm guessing this is because the original is hat compatible even if hrothgar are not, I don't know how to fix it, sorry!
I may attempt to redo the skeleton and weights when I'm more confident, but for the time being they're as is with the original
