Pictomancer VFX Change!

Placed all effects in their own individual files, so that if you dont like one or prefer the original you can toggle them as youd like. (Ignore the numbers after or feel free to change them names of the mods i made multiple versions of each effect during my testing phase. )

A mod i made for myself (also my first so prolly not perfect but you knowwww) after i decided i wasnt a fan of the way that picto seemed to be a bit too pastel both in VFX and in play. There isn't a consistent theme throughout the pack but there is a slight lean towards traditional Japanese effects. I recommend running this along side this amazing mod (that i did not make and take zero credit for) https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/113709 to further enhance the traditional feel. If you notice any issues or problems, please let me know and ill try to get them resolved if i find the time between other VFX projects!
