It's Young Sephiroth Hairstyle from FF7EC ! Replaces hair 102.

MIQOTE MALE ( With earless option ! )
AURA MALE
VIERA MALE
Not compatbile with :
ROEGADYN MALE
HROTHGAR MALE
LALAFELL MALE
ALL FEMALE RACES
Hairstyle is highlight compatible AND hat compatible.
Includes a custom-made root skull, which makes this port possible. otherwise it'd look shiet!
If you use shaders, disable ADOF , otherwise some hair might disappear on your screenshots.
My Advice for a Sephiroth cosplay :
Use Color 2 as main color, and color 3 as highlight. Eye color : 163
