An upscale to YAB Large Buff/SC (made by Aleks) of the CSM Attire by tabarzin

I separated the pants from the rest of the gear and put them on the noir slacks, and they're dyeable now! Coat and jacket might have very small clipping on very large C+ presets and on certain custom poses.
They should have enough clearance.

Weighting the Coat was really hard :3. i did my best so sorry for any minuscule weird spots
