I am a HUGE fan of Heaven Official's Blessing and with my messing around with the SN dump I found a couple hairs to put together to make something like Xie Lian's hair. Right now it is for male elezen but I will be willing to port to other races/gender if asked for! And yes it is hat compatible. First time doing that so hopefully it works with most/all hats!
