Fix weight painting of small clothes legs.
This blender file contains mesh for data transfer of shape key mesh and weights for converting equipment from TBSE-X to TBSE-H.
Shape changes can be made using the surface deformation modifier and weight data transfer can be done using the data transfer modifier.
