this is a mashup of the lyse ponytail and the bangs from hair 173
- only for fem highlanders, but shouldn't break anything for anyone else
- options include metal lyse accessory, weird lookin hair tie, or nothing at all
- if you want to change the hair tie color, that's row 8B on material D
- the highlights look weird as hell on the scalp but that's a vanilla problem i'm too lazy to fix
- the front bangs do have weights! they will move a little, but not much
- not tested with scaling
