You need TBSE (and Echo or X for their textures maybe). This refit includes all pieces of the original mod, with toggleable accessories.

Notes:
- The shoes are compatible with other TBSE variants; the ribbons may be as well with some possible clipping.

- The shorts are flat/AFAB only at this time; may update later to include an AMAB option and fix its shading issue
