Made entirely from scratch. It's at a state where I'm satisfied enough to release it, but there's probably a few things I'd like to keep working on.
Works on all characters, including hrothgar and lalafell. Weighted to the neck, so there shouldn't be any neck seams in vanilla poses, and there should be minimal clipping on chest gear with exposed necks, but it's unavoidable with most collars. Certain lighting angles may cause some shadow issues on the neck.
Fully dyeable and uses both dye channels. Mod description has instructions on how to create your own overlays for the front panel (tl;dr draw on the included template.tex, use Penumbra to apply it to only the Green channel of the id texture). The front panel also supports scrolling images.
