You DO need the Original enabled for M-Viera for this to work properly; it reads the textures from that but more importantly, that's where all the highlight options are.
I adjusted the weights in the back so that it clips much less* when M'ra run- they lean forward quite a bit lol. Swooshy bounce and ex-bones are retained!
Like the original, this isn't hat compatible.
*I said less, it's still going to clip a little. You can fiddle with C+ to reduce it a little more but ultimately I wasn't too fussed to keep fighting it.
