Author's Comments:
Removes the baffling leather strap around the torso on a bunch of ARR healing/disciple of magic robes, because I noticed it on one of my alts' glams and was immediately Bothered by it. It doesn't attach to anything? There's nothing hanging from it?? There's a hole in the hood or something that it passes through while being woven through the front of the cloak???
The assorted belts around the waist have been left untouched.
For all races and model types. I'll update it once we get two dye channels on the cashmere/direwolf version!
