Dress up Chewy in a witchy hat and a dashing scarf!
Has options on options. Mix and match the whole way down, and I built in some colorset options you can mix+match with the hat and scarf TOO!
But if you want to make your own; on the Hat it's 1A for the band, 1B for the hat
On the Scarf it's 8A and 8B
Perms are; Do whatever you like, just don't be mean to Chewy.
