funny lizar (peachy) - makai quartertights used in male version of mashup ( https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/120618 )

A vanilla mashup featuring an asymmetrical pleated skirt over leather shorts, combined with belts around the waist, hips, and right thigh! Replaces the Collegiate Skirt for all Midlander-based characters (male and female can be selected separately).

This mashup was originally inspired by chaosgremlin's "Troublemaker" and "YoRHa Type-4UR4 Skirtshorts", both of which I've linked to in the contributors section. I highly recommend checking them out as well as their other mods! In addition to this, the male version of the skirt wouldn't have been possible without funny lizar (peachy)'s work porting the quartertights to male bodies - you would not believe how much I struggled trying to do it myself.

The skirt comes in either plain or YoRHa-patterned variants, while there are three colourset options:
🔸 Version 1 dyes the skirt on channel 1 and the shorts on channel 2, leaving the belts black
🔸 Version 2 dyes the skirt on channel 1 and the belts on channel 2, leaving the shorts black
🔸 Version 3 dyes the shorts darker than the skirt on channel 1, and dyes the belts on channel 2

There are also toggles to disable any of the belts individually if you'd like to do that.
I recommend disabling the upper belts if they clip with worn tops; I decided this would be a better way of handling things than hiding them automatically!

⚠ Known issues: The weights on the waist/hip belts aren't perfect; I had to try and reweight them to sit on top of the skirts properly and it didn't want to play ball. It's mostly unnoticeable in regular play and can be worked around in GPose, though if I have any breakthroughs I'll revisit this.
