REPLACES: Hair 102 (won't break for other races)
DESCRIPTION:
Overhauled my old port of Vermillion's "Paper Planes" hair; revamp (2.0) version removes the option for the original textures with the high gloss (leaving my updated textures version instead), a reoptimized modpack and support for fem-based hrothgars. Model for fem-based roegadyn has also been altered to try and close the gaps a bit more and make the hair fit the vanilla head better. As usual, the port isn't perfect, but I tried my best.

HIGHLIGHTS: Yes
PERMS/TOS:
Any perms for this mod must abide by the original TOS set by Vermillion
