Edit of Leofard's NPC face model to have half elezen ears, ear model used is from Poxi's half elezen hyur mod (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/111503)
Disclaimer; it's not perfect, there is slight clipping if viewed from specific angles from the back, but it's not very noticeable from most angles :D
