Intention
Roegadyns needs a fully worked Drenched(https://xivmodarchive.com/modid/112536) skin. So there it is.
Should theoretically work for vanilla body but why bother it if you are already here?

1.0.2 - Add supports for skin details (goosebumps). <- Looks nice
1.0.1 - Add an option to reduce some glossy effects when using body hair.
Usage
Select one from 3 levels of soakness.
If (likely) you have HR3 turned on, set this mod's priority higher than HR3 and its add-ons.
If you are using customized facial sculpture and/or texture, edit the corresponding mask texture (Green channel). The edited skin material in this mod should still work.
Caveat
Q: Why the Oily option looks less soaked than the Wet option ?
A: Because I ordered them by glossiness.
