Model port of nerevarxeph's MHW rip to M Viera, now with weight painting from scratch for awesome springy curls.

No hat compatibility, but let's be real, there's only like 5 hats that work on Viera to begin with lol.

Dev notes:
In case anyone wants to port to a different race/gender with the same physics, the weight painting is rigged up to the vanilla sklb and phyb h0162, which is actually for hair 161, the ShB/EW trailer WoL hair. (No, I have no idea why it's numbered like that.) I'm pretty sure the same hair is available for most if not all other race/gender combos, so it should be relatively straightforward. I don't recommend trying to transfer the weights to a totally different hairstyle because it's heavily based on the individual curls.
