Holographic hard light emitters for all of your limbs!

Uses Bibo+ arm and leg models, Peets 3.0, and Feral Paws with a bunch of options. Devices and heels made from scratch.
Lots of options and toggles using IMC attributes. Fully dyeable on both channels (1: device, 2: limbs).
Arms and legs can be toggled off individually, and I've left in a silly surprise option for the arms (⚔).

Fits all tall characters. I've only tested with standard Gen3/Bibo+/Vanilla bodies, so I don't know if they'll fit more extreme scalings. I've enabled a compatibility offset on the legs by default, which lowers the leg devices a bit and should accommodate nearly all vanilla gear. I prefer the higher fit though, so I recommend trying that out if you use gear with slimmer or bare legs.

For HR3 models, they are fitted pretty tightly, and may look a little funky when paired with vanilla gear.

For custom scrolling textures, you'll get the best results with solid colors and horizontal lines. Distortion is unavoidable otherwise, so try to keep it simple and abstract, using the included designs as reference.
