Reverence Standalone Cape

A simple chop and edit to move the Reverence cape to a necklace item.

All F-Talls

Clipping should be expected but should hopefully be minimal for lighter armor pieces.

A toggle was added to remove the symbol for those who don't want to be Paladin flavored. This does make the bald spot of the cape very apparent. If I learn how to edit textures a little I may try to edit this.
