Quick and dirty MMD port. IVCS optional I thiiiink? But reccomended.

Currently only works for Midlander-based talls, I would like to port it to Lalas and Roes/Hroths when I have the time, but you're welcome to port it yourself if you'd like o7 just give credit where it's due.
