Rococo hair [Fem Roe Port]

And Ther-RP-Cat for their Fem Miqo'te version! Both for the Inspo and for the additional editing they did to the Original!

I fell in love with this Hairstyle, but couldn't find a version that worked for Fem Roe. I literally taught myself to use Text Tools and Blender because there were so many things I wanted to use that didn't work for Fem Roe. So enjoy the first product of that drive!
This Technically is hat compatible, but I haven't done extensive testing on it as I rarely use hats.
