[AP] CB3 Reforged

Port of miss_anthropia's CB3 Reforged to fit AP Body.
Updated to AP 2.0, also added in alter leg options and turned sounding rod into a toggle

Replaced genital mesh in the cage to shape the balls in a way I liked a little more, because of this the balls are able
to have physics as long as you are using the AB Body Phys add-on.
I also included a small and medium version along with the original to give more convincing sizes for some
of AP's smaller options.
The shader has also been switched to the new character shader, so if you edit the colorset you can make the cage holographic/metallic/etc.
