Rat Tail Re-gone

This mod is based on Rat Tail Begone by FOX, which does the same thing basically but has a huge bald spot in the back which was really credding my waters so I learned Blender and TexTools just for this. The original mod hasn't been updated since 2019 and the creator's been inactive for years both on here and on other socials so I figured I'd put this up in case anyone else wants an updated, DT and hat compatible, not balding version.

The ears look a little funny -- the mesh in TexTools does not match the vanilla in-game model and I tried to clean it up as best I could with <24 hours of Blender experience. I might touch them up again eventually if I can find a better mesh or if I get better with the software.

This is only for Miqo because Blender makes me consider superbolide but if anyone wants it for another race I'd be happy to edit those versions too.
