This is a guide on how to add effects to your hair highlights and have them animate. A cool little material edit that will replace your hair color with this new method.

This link leads to the guide in question. Check the Files tab for the required material to import into textools, as well as the example effect file and an example modpack to view ingame!
Hopefully the guide is easy enough to follow!
I would recommend having a program like Photoshop available to you, as doing this in GIMP is ... tricky to say the least. If you know friends who can make these edits, they are very quick even for beginners to do.
