Lost Ark Buzzcut Hairstyle for Most Males

This is an updated hair port mod of A.'s Buzzcut hairstyle mod, now ported to most male races. Credit for the original port goes to them.

The Hrothgar version is fitted based on Face 2 & 3.

Replaces Hair 116 for all of the following supported races EXCEPT HROTHGAR. Hrothgar uses Hair 117 instead.
Highlights and hat compatibility are maintained from the original.

Works as of 7.16.

Known Issues:
- If using the Hrothgar Viera Hat mod, this mod must be placed at a higher priority when installed in Penumbra.
- Minor clipping issues on certain races during extreme posing/animations with the scalp.
