This is a tattoo made from scratch by myself for my original character Ruby. I am releasing this tattoo because she has undergone extreme irreversible changes that removes the tattoo. So I feel it can be made public if you're interested.

This tattoo was mainly made for female miqo and viera. I added on female scaleless xaela, but raen is not supported at this time. If the tattoo gains a lot of traction, perhaps I will go back in and change the default base skin for raen and I'll think about scales!
