Male Miqo'te Animations to male Viera

Because this wasn't already out there (and I imagine this to be a VERY niche need), I made a mod to replace the male Viera animations with the male Miqo'te animations. This is intended for use with mods that add a tail to male Viera, such as RottenEclair's Good Boi: https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/103939 using IVCS and other animation mods, such as:

* If using Saenomae's mods, make sure change the file paths to effected c17 instead of c07

These mods don't cover all the animations, namely emotes and event animations, so sometimes the tail will remain stiff with certain actions. This mod fills in the gaps! It includes toggles for:

⚬ Idles (standing, groundsits, and chairsits)
⚬ Movement
⚬ Emotes
