[RPR] Ruby Rose Idle Stance

Author's Comments:
This mod modifies the Reaper Idle stance to resemble Ruby Rose's iconic pose(s) from RWBY.
There's 2 options, one with the Scythe pointing forwards like in the thumbnail (default), and another with the Scythe pointing upwards. The Scythe will probably partially clip into the floor on the latter tho.
Please note the supported/unsupported races (should work for all that use the Midlander M Skeleton as a base for this animation, which is all EXCEPT for Lalafell, male Roes and male Hrothgar)
