As it says, the Neo-Ishgardian Top of Aiming , female version ported to TBSE for males.
All midlander-based.
Comes with several options for the back;
-vanilla(ish)
-remove a bag to display the ribbon better
-fit to Au ra tails
-fit to Mimi's Viera Tails (https://www.glamourdresser.com/mods/viera-male-tails)
-fit to Felis' Cottontail Rabbit tails (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/61641)
No Miqo'te-specific fit, sorry, their tails move around too much so no one position worked evenly
