Not really an update but there are now neck-less face scales in the overlays.

Actually put in non-shiny face scales as the default option.
Fixed face 4 cheek scales.
Fixed problems with the borders between scales and skin on all faces.
Fixed Gen2 borders between scales and skin.
Fixed Bibo neck skin seam.
Changed the black scales color.
