A simple mod that removes the feathers from M Viera hair 13 by changing the texture. Should be compatible with any other mod, though it will need priority over any mod that also changes the feather's texture.
The only mod I know of that does the same thing edits the model instead of the texture, which makes it less compatible with other mods, so I thought I'd upload my version as well.
