Author's Comments:

A simple mashup of the Scion Rogue's Armguards and Claws of the Beast, because declawing your diva is unethical.

Includes the option to disable the nails and just use the upscaled armguards.
Nails can be made to dye with either Channel 1 or 2, or undyeable.
Manually set nail color by choosing the undyeable option in Penumbra and navigating to:
Advanced Editing -> Materials -> select the Nail Dye Settings\Undyeable material from the drop down menu.
Choose #8 in the Color Table and change Row 8B's diffuse color to whatever you like. Click "Save to File" in the top left and redraw if necessary.

Fitted to base TBSE. Requires TBSE for textures.
