RUEXB+ upscale for Sophisticate.

Requires Bibo+, YAB Skeleton, and RUEXB+

May fit with other RUEXB+ bottoms such as panties, stockings, and anything not terribly thick. Fits with naked bottoms.

May clip with scaling and extreme poses. Roegadyn have something weird going on with the cleavage. If I figure it out, I'll fix it.
