A pinkish/purple eyeshadow with eyeliner, slight front lashes painted on, soft lip, a blushed nose, and a bit of highlight on the nose for scaleless au'ra female raen face 3 (wearing 3D lashes as well in the picture above that comes as an option with Sapphire's original mod). I used Sapphire's Scaleless AuRa Females mod as a base and I've included a link to their scaleless mod as well.
