Author's Comments:
A port of Tzar's Double-Slit Dress to TBTL (TBSE Torso + SBTL Legs) with bulge only*.
*Use Dev's SBTL version below if you want flat SBTL Legs for this mod.
Uses skirt bones so C+ bodies will need to use C+ to adjust skirt sizing to accommodate for clipping!
Required: TBSE MUST be installed!
Replaces: No.2 Type B Dress, No.2 Type B Leggings, No.2 Type B Boots
Race & Gender: Midlander based Males.
