An upscale of the Coliseum set for TBSE Fluff.

Chest options: flat, small, medium
Crotch options: flat, bulge*

* The bulge is weighted to iv_ochinko_a for scaling.

Most of it works with C+ options, although for larger sizes the skirt needs to be adjusted manually.
