Author's Comments:
A personal edit using the loose hair from Hair 162 (Great Lengths) with the top and braid from Hair 61 (Eternal Bonding) and some pieces from F Viera racial hair 14 (the hair wisps around the face, the side pieces, and the ponytail and flowers in the back). Uses vanilla DT hair textures and the original highlights.
Should be more or less fully hat compatible, at the cost of sacrificing some of the Viera pieces -- the front wisps and the ponytail had a tendency to clip through hats and hoods, so I had to just hide them when a full hat is equipped since I don't have the skill or knowledge to smush them properly. They do still display with flowers, small top hats, etc.
Known issues: The weighting on the parts of the hair that hide when a hat is equipped is wonky and they don't move with the wind -- I'm not sure if I broke it myself somehow or if it's because of the hat compatibility. If it's fixable and I can figure out how I'll reupload a fixed version.

Normally I'd say you're free to port to whatever, but you're going to have an easier time just taking the vanilla assets yourself and repeating the process -- no need to credit me if you do the same mashup for another race, though it would be nice if you link back so people can find it for F Roegadyn.
✅ If you just want to replace the textures in this specific mod with upscaled ones, I'd appreciate a link back, but you can include the model if it's easier.
