Magic Family Gen2-Body (MFGB) – Update für Version 7.5
Heute, meine lieben Freunde, stelle ich euch den Magic Family Gen2-Body vor – meinen ersten eigenen Body-Mod, der ab sofort vollständig kompatibel mit Version 7.5 ist!
Er basiert auf dem legendären Tight&Firm Gen2-Body, den wir alle noch von früher kennen. Da dieser Body schon seit gut drei bis vier Jahren nicht mehr existiert und nicht weiter unterstützt wird, habe ich beschlossen, das Projekt komplett neu aufzurollen. Da die alten Normal-Maps (Normals) nicht mehr funktionierten, wurden die YAB-Body- und die T&F Gen2-Body-Strukturen von mir zu einer völlig neuen, einzigartigen Struktur zusammengeführt.
Die Grundidee:
Ihr sollt eure klassischen Gen2-Tattoos endlich wieder uneingeschränkt genießen können!
Hochauflösend: Volle Unterstützung für 4K-Texturen.
Kompatibel: Unterstützt alle weiblichen Rassen im Spiel.
Das Problem der modernen Bodies:
Aktuell kann kein Body von Bplus, TF3, Eve oder einem anderen Gen3-Body alte Gen2-Texturen fehlerfrei und komplett darstellen. Das ist verständlich, da diese eine stark veränderte, hochwertige Körperstruktur besitzen und Gen2 nur noch als Kompromiss unterstützen.
Das führt zu dem bekannten Problem (siehe erstes Bild links): Alte Tattoos werden oft nur noch in Verbindung mit einem Gen2-BH und -Slip korrekt angezeigt, was die schönen Motive auf nackter Haut komplett ruiniert.
Natürlich kann man diese Tattoos mit dem nötigen Know-how an B+ anpassen. Das Problem ist aber: Viele User wissen nicht, wie das geht. Und selbst für Modder ist es schwierig – in Programmen wie Blender arbeitet man oft mit Rasteransichten und in Photoshop ist alles rein 2D. Der eigentliche Test findet immer erst im fertigen Spiel statt, wo unschöne Abweichungen auftreten können.
Die Lösung:
Deshalb wurde der MFGB (Magic Family Gen2 Body) entwickelt. Einfach installieren, alte Textur-Schätze auspacken und genießen! :)
⚙️ Wichtige Installationshinweise (Load Order)
Da es sich hierbei um einen tiefgreifenden Body-Mod handelt, müsst ihr bei der Installation auf die Reihenfolge achten:
Priorität: Der Mod muss zwingend auf Priorität 0 installiert werden!
Empfehlung: Es empfiehlt sich, für diesen Body eine komplett neue Collection anzulegen.
Kompatibilität: Der MFGB ist standardmäßig nicht kompatibel mit Bplus oder Gen3. Ihr könnt natürlich gerne experimentieren (z. B. Bplus auf Prio 0 und MFGB auf Prio 1), aber ich gebe absolut keine Garantie, dass das reibungslos klappt! ^^

Magic Family Gen2-Body (MFGB) – Update for Version 7.5
Today, my dear friends, I present to you the Magic Family Gen2-Body – my very first body mod, which is now fully compatible with version 7.5!
It is based on the legendary Tight&Firm Gen2-Body that we all know from back in the day. Since this body hasn't been around or supported for a good three to four years, I decided to completely rebuild the project from scratch. Because the old normal maps no longer worked, I merged the YAB-Body and T&F Gen2-Body structures into a completely new and unique structure.
The Core Idea:
You should finally be able to fully enjoy your classic Gen2 tattoos again without restrictions!
High-Resolution: Full support for 4K textures.
Compatible: Supports all female races in the game.
The Problem with Modern Bodies:
Currently, no body from Bplus, TF3, Eve, or any other Gen3 body can display old Gen2 textures flawlessly and completely. That is understandable, as they feature a heavily modified, high-quality body structure and only support Gen2 as a compromise.
This leads to the well-known issue (see the first picture on the left): Old tattoos are often only displayed correctly in combination with a Gen2 bra and panties, which completely ruins the beautiful designs on bare skin.
Of course, with the right know-how, you can adapt these tattoos to B+. The problem is: Many users don't know how to do that. And even for modders it can be difficult – in programs like Blender you often work with grid views, and in Photoshop everything is strictly 2D. The actual testing always happens in the game itself, where ugly deviations can easily occur.
The Solution:
That's exactly why the MFGB (Magic Family Gen2 Body) was developed. Just install it, unpack your old texture treasures, and enjoy! :)
⚙️ Important Installation Notes (Load Order)
Since this is a deep-level body mod, you must pay close attention to the load order during installation:
Priority: The mod must absolutely be installed with Priority 0!
Recommendation: It is highly recommended to create a completely new collection for this body.
Compatibility: The MFGB is by default not compatible with Bplus or Gen3. You are, of course, welcome to experiment (e.g. Bplus on Prio 0 and MFGB on Prio 1), but I give absolutely no guarantee that this will work smoothly! ^^
